I hire TENS machines for pain relief during labour and birth; an easy hire and return process and return postage is included - lowest price guaranteed*. Other items available include Partum Panties disposable undies, Original Silverette® Nursing Cups, birth/acupressure combs, Clary Sage oil, heat patches that last 12hrs, perineal ice packs, electrodes for TENS machines and absorbent pads to protect your bed from when your waters break or blood loss after birth. Looking for a low-impact, safe and fun way to exercise in pregnancy and after birth? Labour Loot Aquanatal® classes take place in a heated pool in Brookvale (Northern Beaches, Sydney). These classes are specifically designed for women during pregnancy and after birth and focus on cardio, strengthening, core, balance, pelvic floor, relaxation, birth preparation – as well as a good dose of fun. Pelvic girlde pain friendly! Run by Clare, an experienced Midwife, mum and qualified Aquanatal® instructor.

About Clare from Labour Loot

My name is Clare and I’m a Registered Midwife from the Northern Beaches of Sydney. Following the births of my three children, I remained in awe of how amazing Midwives are and how much of a difference they make to women and their families. I wanted to give back to women what my Midwives gave me – support, strength, encouragement and compassion. I decided to leave my corporate job and change careers to become a Midwife – and I haven’t looked back!

I regularly see how beneficial a TENS machine is to women in labour, so I thought I’d combine my corporate and midwifery skills and set up a TENS hire small business and expand to other support tools including a Birth Box.

In 2024 I launched Labour Loot Aquanatal® classes on the Northern Beaches. I started swimming for exercise after a netball injury stopped me from playing for an extended period, I quickly realised how enjoyable it was and then noticed we didn’t have exclusive pregnancy and postnatal aqua classes for women on the Northern Beaches. So I completed my Aquanatal® training, found a pool in Brookvale and I’m looking forward to building a community of aqua mums!
